Beyond my own training, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and nutritionist dedicated to helping others find their stride. My past as a paramedic gave me a deep respect for the human body, and today I’m expanding that knowledge while studying for my BSc in Kinesiology. I’m so glad you’re here.
